The obligation you are trying to meet is more useful than a feature list — an audit you failed, a retention rule you cannot evidence, a DSAR backlog, a tender annex.

What happens next

Your request is recorded and a reference is shown to you immediately.
A person reads it — this is not an automated provisioning queue.
We come back on whether the hosted core fits, or whether your requirement is an on-premise deployment.
If it goes ahead, we provision the instance, bind your jurisdiction profile and issue operator credentials.

If your requirement is classified, or procurement needs a supplier questionnaire, a DPIA or the compliance matrix as a tender annex, say so in the request — the Core generates the latter two directly.
